Our Return Policy Basics

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt required

Important Hygiene Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on swimwear that has been worn, tried on without appropriate undergarments, or had tags removed. This policy helps ensure all our customers receive products that meet our quality and hygiene standards.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
