- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt required
How to Return or Exchange an Item

Please include your order number inside the package. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
For exchanges, we will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping charges apply for replacement shipments unless the exchange is due to our error.
International Returns
For our customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or shipping costs associated with returns
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
- Original shipping fees cannot be refunded for international orders
